Ed Sheeran Gave Elton John a 'Giant, Marble Penis' for Some Reason
Quite the birthday present...
Sir Elton John celebrated his 74th birthday this past March and revealed one of his more eccentric celebrity gifts.
The icon appeared on Hit 109.9’s Carrie and Tommy Show and revealed that "Bad Habits" singer (and apparent prankster) Ed Sheeran gave him a "giant marble penis."
"It’s beautifully made. It’s solid marble,” John laughed. “I don’t know if that’s because I’ve always been a prick or not.”
John originally planned on showcasing the massive phallus but decided against it. “I suggested to David [Furnish, his husband] that I should put it in the garden. And he said, ‘No, we have children.'” Now, the statue is “hidden in an area in the house where” the kids won’t see it.
That doesn't mean John appreciates it any less. “It’s a beautifully-made penis. What can I tell you? What do you buy the man who has everything? A beautiful marble penis!”
