The decorated Olympic diver and the Academy Award-winning filmmaker welcomed their first child, Robert Ray, into the world this past Wednesday with special thanks to their surrogate.
The special moniker holds significance to the couple, as Robert was the name of Daley's father, who tragically died in 2011 after a long struggle with cancer.
The couple announced that they were expecting back in February when the pair posted a picture of the two of them holding an ultrasound image on Instagram, just in time for Valentine's Day.
