That's right, after 50+ years Barbie's permanently high-healed foot is finally getting the adjustable ankle she needs for the opportunity to rock some more casual footwear, thanks to the upcoming "Fashionista" line. According to Cosmopolitan, not only will this line include Barbie's ankle relief, but also, "14 different facial sculpts, 18 eye colors, 22 hairstyles, and 23 hair colors." It seems Barbie truly is continuing to gloriously branch out into much more relatable places, and we're getting pretty jazzed about these increasingly inclusive developments. Now, you absolutely have to watch this amazing "Who is Barbie?" trailer where Barbie n' friends take NYC by storm, and we get to bear witness to new styles like that killer undercut, those matching suits, and, at long last, sneakers.
