Trainer Shawnee Harkins Launches Exercise TV Fitness Videos

Celebrity Trainer, and SheWired’s fitness expert, Shawnee Harkins has partnered with Exercise TV to bring her style of intense and fun workouts to you!

Since SheWired’s Editor Tracy E. Gilchrist joined Shawnee for their series of work out videos –Shawnee was the trainer and Tracy the subject-- together in 2008 we've been waiting for Shawnee to release her first set of workout videos. And here they are!

Mini workouts airing online NOW on Exercisetv.TV  are: "Body Drench", Kick Box Buns", "Date Night Arms", "Sexy Legs" and "Super Fit Abs.

Hop onto Exercise TV and workout with our Celebrity Trainer. Next week, turn on your television to Exercise TV, and order Shawnee's workouts VOD!

Exercise TV is both an online site and a Video on Demand TV station. There are currently five free mini workouts on the online site and two down-loadable full-length workouts for $1.99 on the online site for a grand total of seven killer workout videos. You can also preview snippets of the down-loadable workouts before buying.

And if that is not enough to get you pumped, LA-based folks can join Shake Weight Shawnee's Premiere 8-Week Program in Hollywood at the Hollywood Boxing Gym running May 1st- July 3rd.

Shawnee works with a participant at her premiere Shake Weight Class at Club Skirts the Dinah last week.

Those classes will meet Mon @ 8:30pm, Tues @ 7:30pm, Thurs @ 8:30pm & Sun @ 11am, plus Shawnee will provide three extra
Make-up classes!
