All aboard!

Below Deck is making waves yet again with a monumental tenth season. Captain Lee Rosbach is bringing audiences along for the ride as his crew travels to Saint Lucia.

"Never in my wildest imagination did I think that it would morph into what it has become. It's something that I'm very proud of," Lee tells PRIDE.

One of two returning faces this season is Fraser Olender, who makes history as the first male to serve as Chief Steward on Bravo. Plus he's gay, so that makes another Bravo first!

"Fraser desperately wants to do his job correctly. It shows the viewing public and a lot of other people out there that if you want to be a Chief Steward, pull the trigger [and] go for it! Fraser laid the ground work for you."

Another LGBTQ+ Bravolebrity that Captain Lee is proud of is season six Below Deck cast member Josiah Carter. The former steward announced his engagement to fiancé Michael Groves back in February.

"Josiah was another example of a perfect gentleman. He complimented Kate Chastain very well. They worked extremely well together."

Speaking of Kate, Captain Lee shares one thing in common with the Bravo fans... he wants her back!

"I would prefer to see Kate back as a guest. I would love to just apply her sharp wit and her equally razor sharp tongue to some of the crew we have on board. I think she would be a memorable charter guest."

Stepping away from Below Deck, Captain Lee also also built a special relationship with Summer House and Winter House star Carl Radek. The two have shared the unfortunate bond of losing a loved one to addiction.

"My goal was to let him know that he wasn't alone. I personally have felt those same feelings he felt when his brother left. We've had extensive discussions about that and at BravoCon, we finally got to meet! Neither one of us said anything. We just went up and gave each other a big hug. I didn't realize how tall he is! He will continue to be successful in the future. I just don't have any doubts."

Below Deck premieres November 21 on Bravo. To see the full interview with Captain Lee, check out the video below.
