This '90s Boy Band Zombie Movie Trailer Is Endlessly Fascinating
Members of NSYNC, 98 Degrees, Backstreet Boys and O-Town are starring in a Wild West zombie horror/action film from the makers of "Sharknado." If that doesn't sound like the opening sentence of an Onion article, I don't know what does.
However, despite the intense amounts of insanity crammed into that one sentence and the premiere date being set for April Fools Day (April 1), we can assure you that at least the trailer for the film is very real. And it is simultaneously the best and worst thing we've seen in quite some time.
On the cons side we have a gratuitous and completely unnecessary close up of a woman's lingerie-clad backside that reeks of objectification, as well as some particularly puzzling dialogue and some questionable wardrobe choices.
However, we can't deny it's nice to see some of our favorite teen hearthrobs back in action, hear some wonderfully familiar harmonizing, and be hit right in the faces with the tagline "Say Bye Bye Bye to Zombies."
But don't take our word for it. Check out the beautiful enigma for yourself:
