No, Armie Hammer isn't involved as far as we know.

We're all still patiently waiting on the upcoming sequel to 2017's queer, romantic, coming-of-age masterpiece Call Me by Your Name, but in the meantime, a mini-reunion between the film's director Luca Guadagnino and the film's star (and our eternal favorite twink) Timothée Chalamet might actually be in the works...

According to a report from Deadline, the critically-acclaimed Italian filmmaker is eyeing his former CMBYN collaborator to star alongside Waves actress Taylor Russell in his latest, upcoming project, a film adaptation of author Camille DeAngelis’s 2016 YA novel Bones & All. The story (a hybrid coming-of-age/horror) centers on a young woman named Maren who is searching for her father while hiding an intense secret: she likes to eat people.

This normally wouldn't shock us too much, but unless you've been living under a rock, then you already know that another Call Me by Your Name star, Armie Hammer, has been making headlines and stirring controversy as of late because of the wild, wild, wild online rumors circulating claiming that he possibly has a sexual fetish for cannibalism, so the news of Timothée possibly being attached to a project that has to do with cannibalism is the universe showing us its cosmic, messed-up humor...

Not much else is known about the upcoming Bones & All project, but trust us, since it involves Timothée and eating human beings, any new development is probably going to have us glued to our screens for updates...

Need a palate cleanser after unpacking all of that? Trust, you're not alone. Let's travel back to a simpler time and relive the gloriously gay Call Me by Your Name trailer...
