The end has finally come, as we all gather together to mourn the official ban on adult content currently in effect (as of this morning) on the once-popular platform, Tumblr.
Tumblr announced the new ban at the start of the month, inciting speedy backlash from its users—users who were once part of the site's progressively diverse and sex-positive communities.
No longer able to view explicit content, either public or private, the internet shared it's feelings on Twitter (now, the only other social media site to allow explicit content in a similar fashion as Tumblr once did).
