Adorable Gay Proposal Video Goes Viral

Everyone’s a sucker for a cute proposal video gone viral. But lez be honest — it’s even better when it’s a queer couple.

Naisa Lasalosi, a musician who you may recognize from his appearance on Australia’s version of The X Factor, shared this beautiful video of his boyfriend, Adam Price, proposing to him earlier this week.

The vid shows Lasalosi heading down to a rock overlooking the water. He said in a tweet that he originally thought the picnic waiting meant some other couple was having dinner there.

“It’s for us!” Price had to clarify.

A path of roses led him to a candlelit dinner at the water, and with such an obviously special set up, it wasn’t long before Price got down on one knee and popped the question.

“I love you A. I love everything about you. My heart leaps!” Lasalosi wrote on Instagram, where he shared the special moment again. “Cheers to forever catching the sun and sleeping under stars together.”

The proposal has been shared over 100,000 times between the two Twitter posts Lasalosi made, which of course brought some homophobes out of the woodwork. But the recently engaged man was too happy to let them get him down.
