Funny lady and out lesbian Jane Lynch stars as a cheerleading coach in Fox's new high school choir-based show Glee, which premieres Tuesday with a big American Idol finale lead-in. For its kick-off show, Glee has its home high school squaring off singing Journey's 'Don't Stop Believin,' while the rival choir belts Amy Winehouse's 'Rehab.' Spring Awakening's Lea Michelle also stars.

For its kick-off show, Glee has its home high school squaring off singing Journey's "Don't Stop Believin,'" while the rival choir belts Amy Winehouse's "Rehab," according to Entertainment Weekly.
The cast stars Matthew Morrison and Spring Awakening's Lea Michelle as the home-school glee club's leaders.
The upbeat teen interpretations of the now iconic tunes are insta-hits already available on iTunes, according to EW.
