Hi Fam 🌈
Calling all bisexuals, XO, Kitty is back!
Season two of this sweet series, which follows the soapy exploits of Kitty Song Covey, kicked off this week and sees her delving deeper into her feelings for girls. It’s adorable, relatable, and, for many, a place where many young queer folks of color finally get to see themselves on screen. PRIDE sat down with the cast to talk about this and more.
On the more, ahem, adult end of the spectrum, PRIDE also caught up with Drag Race fan fave and mega hunk Kameron Michaels to talk about his plans to go full monty just in time for Valentine’s Day, and we learned all about the intricacies of “dove f*cking” (and no it does not involve birds). Yes, this week truly had something for everyone.
While we most definitely love that thing called love, we also enjoy a good breakup, particularly when it comes to ending your relationship with social media platforms that are actively harming queer folks. So we did a little research and found the most LGBTQ+ -friendly social media platform alternatives so you can break up with TikTok, Meta, and X and never, ever get back together.
But that’s not all: we also cheered for our ally AOC who says what we’re all thinking about the Dems’ need to stand up for our community, giggled over MAGA bros trying and failing to define “woke,” and watching Trump’s Secretary of Defense pick Pete Hegseth get eviscerated during his confirmation hearing was a delight. See, we can have nice things!
What a week!

Here’s what we’re watching, listening, and vibing to this weekend!
🎥 Film: One of Them Days
Besties and roommates Dreux and Alyssa find themselves in a financial bind when their rent money gets stolen and they only have until the end of the day to get it together or face eviction. The trailer was hilarious, but let’s be honest, they had us at Keke Palmer and Sza. KEKE. AND. SZA. TOGETHER.
📺 Stream & Chill: XO, Kitty
After a wild first year of self-discovery and matchmaking, Kitty Song Covey is returning to Seoul for her sophomore season at KISS — and to do some kissing of her own. Now an out and proud bisexual, she’s ready to learn everything she can about that side of herself, with a new love interest — and a lingering one. This season is so cute, y’all. Where was this show when I was a kid?
🎧 In Our Ears: ‘Ankles’ by Lucy Dacus
While we’ll have to wait until March for Lucy Dacus’ full album Forever Is A Feeling, the boygenius singer is keeping us aurally fed with her new dreamy electric single ‘Ankles’. Yep, we’re swooning and crooning along with this.
THIS IS WHAT PRIDE LOOKS LIKE ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
