In a terrifying election year, sometimes even a small gesture can make a world of difference. During last night's debate, Hillary made it clear that she would protect LGBT citizens' rights, and today she continued to be an outspoken ally by showing some Spirit Day love on Twitter.
Spirit Day is all about standing up against the bullying of LGBTQ youth, and Hillary's certainly become a expert on dealing with bullies lately, as evidenced by her standing up to Donald Trump during Wednesday's debate when he called her a "nasty woman," and earlier this month when he attempted to physically intimidate her during the second debate. Here's a reminder of that if you need it.

We think Hillary's logo looks gorgeous in purple, and we also don't mind the classy, name-free side-eye at another certain candidate that she included in her 140 characters. Hillary has stated loud and clear she's on our team, and we love that she's telling her millions of Twitter followers she's here for us too, especially today. Thank you, Hillary, and we'll be supporting you all the way to the polls on November 8th!
