On Friday, June 26, 2015, in a historic decision, the U.S. Supreme Court asserted that the freedom to marry is a fundamental human right that all Americans deserve.
This year, we enjoyed a special type of PRIDE. I went to San Francisco to get reactions from the crowd on marriage equality. I also spoke with Laverne Cox, Gilbert Baker (the creator of the Rainbow Pride Flag), Senator Mark Leno (District 11 of California), Riese Bernard (Co-founder and CEO of Autostraddle) and Daniela Sea (The L Word).
