Jerrod Carmichael knocked "SNL" out of the park on Saturday.

Comedian Jerrod Carmichael hosted Saturday Night Live for the first time last weekend, the day after coming out as gay to the whole world in his HBO stand-up special.
“I was left alone feeling like a liar, because I had a secret,” he said in his show. “One that I kept from my father, my mother, my family, my friends, and you. Professionally, personally. And the secret is that I’m gay.”
After finding success as a comedian and actor, this is a bold entry into a new chapter of his career, and hosting SNL literally the next night had fans itching to see what Carmichael would bring to the show. If you haven’t gotten a chance to check it out for yourself yet, we’ve got a slideshow of his hilarious sketches so you can see what you’ve been missing.
