New ‘Elite’ Clip Shows Samuel Kissing a Boy & Fans Are Freaking Out

Season 5 of Netflix's international hit show Elite is nigh, and it's gayer than ever before. 

The series has always been LGBTQ+ inclusive. Between Omar, Rebeka, Patrick, and Mencía, at least four of this season's recurring main characters are queer. Elite has even announced the introduction of a transgender cast member for season 6, but it's unclear if their identity will be introduced in the plot. 

But after a new clip released today, fans are convinced Samuel, an aggressively heterosexual character since season 1's premiere, is about to get a male love interest. Elite's official TikTok page uploaded a clip of Samu making out with a new character named Iván, which you can spot in the last five seconds in the video below.

Iván is a new character this season and seems to be intertwined with the love lives of Omar and Patrick, but Samu is an exciting addition to the equation.

As expected, fans are freaking out over the clip.

Guess we'll see if this make-out sesh between Iván and Samu is something more than experimentation soon enough.

Elite Season 5 premieres April 8 on Netflix. Watch the trailer below:
