New Ghostbusters Image has Us All Sorts of Excited for the Lady-Lead Reboot
We look forward to calling these Ghostbusters from now on.
Reboots are risky, but from what we've seen so far the upcoming 2016 Ghostbusters remake starring comedy all-stars Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, and Leslie Jones just might get it right. Director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, The Heat, Spy) retweeted a new official photo today from Planet Ghostbusters of the ladies gearing up for some phantom-fighting, and they look pretty badass.

The swagger here is basically off the charts. This cast couldn't be more killer, and in addition to Ghostbusters newcomer Chris Hemsworth, according to Entertainment Weekly they'll also be joined by some classic favorites including Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Dan Aykroyd, Annie Potts, and Sigourney Weaver. We can't wait for July 15th to catch this team in action!
