Out Chef Lina Biancamano on Bravo's 'Top Chef: Just Desserts' - Video

‘Chefbian’ (as AfterEllen.com cleverly put it) Lina Biancamano debuts tonight as a competitor on the new season of Top Chef: Just Desserts.

Out chef Biancamano lives and works in Fort Worth, Texas as Executive Pastry Chef, Stephan Pyles and she studied at the famous Le Cordon Bleu in Arizona.

According to her Bravo chef bio, if she had to decide on her last meal, it would be a well-seasoned, grilled ribeye steak with a salad and some garlic cheddar biscuits and her go-to quick summer recipe is a fresh berry tart with creme chiboust.

Yum.
