TV’s cutest geek girl crush ever since Blossom reigned teen supreme in the 90s, Mayim Bialik is back for season 5 of The Big Bang Theory.

The Ph.D., mom, and actress plays four-eyed geek Amy Farrah Fowler, the love interest (sort of) of Jim Parsons’ character. But, in a new interview with Vulture.com, Bialek jokes she’s far more likely to shoot a love scene with costar Kaley Cuoco in the new season than Sheldon.

After living in the private sector for over ten years to earn a Ph.D. in neuroscience and start a family, Bialik tells Vulture she won’t be hooking up with Sheldon any time soon, even though the two shared a tenuous smooch in season four.

“Oh no, I think that’s pushing it way too fast,” Bialik told the pop culture blog. “I like to joke that I also got to kiss Kaley Cuoco in that same episode, so I think it’s more likely I’ll get to second base with her.”

Here’s hoping the Big Bang Theory boldly goes there again!
