Comedian and LGBT ally Sarah Silverman says she nearly had a heart attack upon viewing her full-frontal nude scene in Sarah Polley’s film Take This Waltz, which screened Saturday at the Toronto International Film Festival, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Silverman, who gained 20 pounds for the role of Geraldine in the Michelle Williams and Seth Rogan starrer told reporters at a press conference that she panicked when her nude swimming pool scene came on.

“I was completely watching it (TIFF premiere) and having fun, and when the swimming pool scene was coming, I panicked.” Silverman said. “Then, when it came, and I saw my full frontal, I had an actual heart attack -- and I’m proud to have done it.”

Regarding gaining weight for the role Silverman says that actress-turned-director Polley (the critically acclaimed Away from Her) wanted “real bodies and real women.”

"So I actually gained 20 pounds for the role,” Silverman said.  I wanted to be lumpier. I said, wouldn’t it be interesting to have a posture of a lady caveman. I’m really happy with that.”

The film tells the story of Margot (Williams) who’s happily married to Lou (Rogen) a cookbook writer, but faces challenges when she meets and forms an instant bond with Daniel (Luke Kirby). Silverman plays Margot’s friend Geraldine, who's in recovery.

Here’s a scene between Silverman and Williams.
