Out Director Angela Robinson Sells Supernatural Teen Thriller to Paramount

D.E.B.S. director Angela Robinson has sold a pitch for a supernatural teen thriller to Paramount. An out lesbian who’s written and produced on The L Word and POWER UP’S upcoming Girltrash: All Night Long, as well as HBO’s True Blood and Hung and Herbie: Fully Loaded, wrote the script and will produce the teen fare along with Prison Beak executive producer Dawn Parouse (formerly Olmstead). Also on board is producer extraordinaire Martin Noxon, who’s executive produced Buffy the Vampire Slayer and has had producing roles on Angel, Private Practice, Grey’s Anatomy and Mad Men.
