Tell Us Your 'Perfect Family' Story

With the upcoming May 5th release of film festival hit The Perfect Family, we thought it would be great to hear your stories about your perfect families. 

The film stars Kathleen Turner as Eileen Cleary, a Catholic supermom who is up for Catholic Woman of the Year at her local parish, but she must introduce her family to the church board and get the board's approval to win the plaque. The process forces Eileen to face the truth about her family, which she has been ignoring for years. She has a lesbian daughter, played by Emily Deschanel, who is about to marry her partner Angela, played by Angelique Cabral. Her son Frank Jr., played by Jason Ritter, is having an affair with a manicurist, and her marriage to recovering alcoholic Frank, played by Michael McGrady, is falling apart at the seams. 

Directed by newcomer Anne Renton, The Perfect Family is a heartfelt comedy about a dysfunctional family, and a reminder that family is never truly perfect.
