Calling all queer lady policy-wonks! If you haven't yet discovered this Tumblr site, be prepared for your Friday to get a whole lot better. Hey Girl, It's Rachel Maddow offers a queer take on the the popular "Hey Girl, It's Feminist Ryan Gosling" meme. The site's tagline says it all: "Because Ryan Gosling isn't for everyone. And because being smart is really fucking sexy!"

Since January, Maddow-philes Joy and Summer have been posting fabulous images of our favorite out MSNBC host along with snarky, witty taglines related to The Rachel Maddow Show, politics, policy, or whatever meme is lighting up the interwebs at the moment. 

I'll admit, I had a hard time selecting only a few of my favorites from this site. But I thoroughly enjoyed spending the last half of my day sifting through the archives. I highly recommend it — though it won't do much for your productivity.
