It’s been a good year for Scandal star Kerry Washington. Not only is she a master thespian who once played lesbian in Spike Lee’s She Hate Me but she’s a total brainy type who delivered a thoughtful, eloquent speech at the Democratic National Convention this summer. And, she’s jaw-droppingly hot on the cover of Uptown magazine.
