Sure, Machete Kills is a grindhouse fantasy that sprang from the warped mind of Robert Rodriguez, a 40-something man-child in his own right, but we still can’t wait for it!
The sequel to the 2010 guilty pleasure Machete stars Danny Trejo in the titular role, but it’s really his bevy of action ladies that has us sure to spring for the $13 ticket and a bucket of popcorn. Machete Kills costars Michelle Rodriguez, Amber Heard, Lady Gaga, Jessica Alba and Sofia Vergara slinging guns, wielding knives and kicking ass, and all while wearing leather fetish clothing, heels or boas.
Frankly, that’s all we need.
