If you haven’t watched Stef and Lena’s wedding on The Fosters’ finale last night – what are you waiting for? ABC Family’s breakout hit of the summer features, arguably, the most believable, loving, and down-to-earth lesbian couple to ever grace the small screen, and last night the pair said, “I do.”

Played with compassion, humor and a whole lot of heart by Teri Polo (Stef) and Sherri Saum (Lena), the pair, who are raising biological, adopted and foster kids, has become the poster couple for a new kind of parent raising a new kind of family, and we can’t get enough of them.

So, if you haven’t watched the tear jerking summer finale yet then race over to Hulu and catch it there. Sure, you’ll be forced to watch 40 minutes of commercials to each half a minute of actual show time (even if you pay for Hulu Plus), but it’s worth it for this series.

Meanwhile, here’s the Fosters’ “I Do” featurette with clips from the big wedding and producers Peter Paige and Bradley Bredeweg discussing how the Supreme Court decisions on DOMA and Prop 8 affected the story.
