This just makes me happy!

Back in the 80s, before there were singing lesbians on Glee, adorable lady doc couples on Greys, and fashion-forward, mystery-solving gay ladies on Pretty Little Liars, I just glommed on to any female-led TV show, band, or movie I could find, and Mystic Pizza could have been filed under “The Little Movie that Could that Made Me Gay.” Anyway, it just warms my heart to see that Entertainment Weekly featured the women of Mystic Pizza in its reunion issue. Who knew that Julia Roberts would become America’s sweetheart while Lili Taylor would go on to embody Andy Warhol’s nemesis Valerie Solanas and Annabeth Gish would become Pretty Little Liars’ beloved shrink Dr. Sullivan?

Here's the trio as Kat, Jojo, Daisy!

Enough of my stumble down memory lane… Here’s the Mystic Pizza reunion photo!
