Jackie Warner's BACK -- With 'Thintervention!'

Jackie Warner’s back with her new reality show Thintervention, bare abs and all, but sans Work Out's revolving door of girlfriend drama, the star-fu**ing  bisexuals and the meathead trainer boys -- and somehow, something is missing from the new show. The latest incarnation of the loud-mouthed lesbian trainer with a kick-ass body -- think Losing it with Jillian (Michaels), although Jillian is bi– has Jackie whipping a crew of eight semi-willing victims into shape through alternating praise and berating them.

The latest incarnation of the loud-mouthed lesbian trainer with a kick-ass body -- think Losing it with Jillian (Michaels), although Jillian is bi– has Jackie whipping a crew of eight semi-willing victims into shape through alternating praise and berating them. From watching the premiere it’s clear that Jackie can be a bulldog shouting at her clients but I’d still put my money on Jillian in a cage match between the two.

Thintervention premiered Sept. 6 and takes a decidedly more professional, albeit less amusing, tack in the lexicon of on-air get fit shows, since there isn’t the train wreck of Jackie’s personal life to glom on to.

Filling the void of  the likes of Work Out's Mimi, Jackie’s rabid ex girlfriend and also a vicious biter, is celebrity trainer Craig Ramsey and psychologist Dr. Ramani – to help tackle the root of the clients’ weight issues.

The cast of eight clients, who are at the receiving end of Jackie’s barking ala a drill sargeant, includes Nicki, and Aussie boozer whom Jackie needs to school on kicking the vodka protein shakes; Joe, a smug producer who brags about getting laid and acts like a general dickhead; Bryan, the resident huggable gay guy and former Real Housewife of Orange County and money flaunter Jeana, among others.

Throughout the season Jackie will work the cast out in a boot camp like scenario, making the world, not their oyster, but their gym, amidst the chaos of their lives while also stalking them at home, rifling through their cabinets and dumping out their booze and cookies when they least expect it….good times.
