Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning: Dream Team?

As most of us know, Kristen Stewart is set to play Joan Jett in the upcoming Runaways biopic. I personally can’t wait. Although not a fan of the mullet look on anyone, somehow Stewart still manages to make me swoon with it.

What seems to be a main concern of mine is that according to The Examiner, there is going to be an “intense love scene” between Stewart and Dakota Fanning. That’s right, darling and innocent I Am Sam Dakota Fanning.

Now I realize that she is a growing girl, and is no longer the youngster  I remember her has, but that being said, I’m not sure I’m ready to watch her in an intense lesbian love scene quite yet (now of course I’ll be front row center during opening day because, well, let’s face it, it’ll be great).

And talk about lesbian connections, Dakota Fanning is playing Runaways member Cherie Currie, who starred in Foxes with Jodie Foster, who played Kristen Stewart’s mother in Panic Room. Oh, the chart just keeps growing and growing doesn’t it?
