Lindsay Lohan was ordered to go back to jail on Friday morning by California Judge Elden S. Fox of Los Angeles County Superior Court. Lohan was ordered to be held without bail until her formal probation hearing on October 22nd.
Lindsay Lohan was ordered to go back to jail on Friday morning by California Judge Elden S. Fox of Los Angeles County Superior Court. Lohan was ordered to be held without bail until her formal probation hearing on October 22nd.
Judge Fox revoked Lohan's probation and issued a warrant for her arrest after the actress failed a drug test that she had to take as a condition of her probation. Lohan took to her twitter account to say “Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps.”
