What Isn't Gay But Still Feels Gay? Darren Criss, Of Course

Even his former Glee co-star Kevin McHale knows it!

The latest meme going around Gay Twitter™ is a simple question posed by CNN reporter Nathan McDermott: "What’s something that ISN’T gay but still FEELS gay to you?" The inquiry has incited over ten thousand responses on the social media platform, with people posting everything from personal experiences to favorite movie and television moments.

Actor and singer Kevin McHale joined in on the fun, which is where it got interesting for us since he responded to the question with a simple GIF of Emmy-winner Darren Criss

McHale and Criss were, of course, both stars on FOX's beloved queer-inclusive musical-comedy series Glee. McHale played the ladies man Artie on the show, but is gay IRL, while Criss, who is actually straight himself, was 1/2 of one of the most iconic gay couples in TV history, Blaine.

So you see the irony here.

Criss, who knows some fans might still think of him as the groundbreaking gay character he played, responded gracefully with a GIF from Schitt's Creek.

Honestly, both actors are queer icons and with every interaction, we only stan harder!
