People have done many things during the ongoing global pandemic. Some people like Tom Daley have taken up knitting and crocheting, others have moved to the next elve in their relationships, even more tried out baking. And then there's those who, like Ricky Martin, decided to decorate their bodies with a little additional art. Actor Nico Tortorella is one of that crew.
The Younger actor took to Instagram this weekend to debut a brand new piece of ink that stretches from their neck and goes all the way down to their heel. Posted in a series of posts that show just how massive it is, the line work is a bit of an abstract design and includes a black cross on Tortorella's calf. It was inspired by their spouse Bethany C Meyers. Meyers has similar work.
The tattoo artist, Rex, who is based in New Haven, Connecticut, called the work "floor to ceiling geologism."
"Their work is mind blowing and our conversations yesterday were equally as healing," Tortorella wrote of the artist. "Thank you for taking on this project. and thank you for reminding me that growth and decay are inevitably one in the same."
