Late Friday evening, Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham were married in a private ceremony in a Palm Springs Hotel, officiated by Kris Jenner.
The Teen Wolf and American Horror Story star, who came out as gay just a year ago, was engaged to Leatham in March. Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Chelsea Clinton and Lisa Rinna all attended the ceremony, along with the family and friends of the couple.
