We will always miss Ander on ‘Élite’!

Played by Arón Piper, the character of Ander Muñoz was introduced during the very first season of Netflix’s Élite.
Though his initial storyline was being a popular athlete and the son of the principal at the Las Encinas high school, Ander ultimately felt pressured to pursue drugs that could potentially help him excel in sports – which led him to meeting Omar Shanaa (played by Omar Ayuso). As the seasons played out, Ander and Omar fell in love and became one of the most popular LGBTQ+ couples on Netflix. Unfortunately, Piper decided to part ways from Élite after season four, which culminated in his character’s departure from the show.
Since his breakout role on Élite, Piper has appeared on TV shows such as The Mess You Leave Behind and films like Code Name: Emperor. He also starred as FKA Twigs’ love interest in her “Killer” music video. Though Piper has definitely been excelling in his career, Élite fans will always miss seeing him on the hit Netflix series – so we’re here to take a deep dive on his social media!
