Some lesbians date trans men. Some lesbians date trans women. And those trans boyfriends and girlfriends have had varying degrees of gender confirmation procedures. It's a touchy subject to some in our community and therefore is something that needs to be discussed. My friend Ryan is a pre-op trans-guy and happily discussed what someone might want to call a trans-persons genitals. Hint: 'penis' and 'vagina' aren't usually the go-to words.
