Prom season is here, and while most of us either rented a tux or went to a department store with our parents to buy a dress, that's not the case for Jaden Smith. We're all mere mortals in our bow ties and corsages compared to him.

You see those high top boots? Fit for a superhero. That cape? This isn't your typical high school prom. This is Jaden Smith's prom, and apparently it's in Gotham.

Can you even imagine asking your parents if you could go to prom dressed as Batman? It would never work. I guess because Parents Just Don't Understand, right?
