A 21-year-old man was shot through the cheek and a 20-year-old man shot in the leg by an unknown assailant during a Monday evening vigil for Stephen Powell, who was shot and killed at San Francisco's "Pink Saturday" festival on Saturday.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, the two victims were shot around 8 pm on Monday evening near the intersection of Third Street and Quesada Avenue in the city's Bayview neighborhood.

A suspect or suspects have yet to be identified, according to San Francisco Police Department spokesman Samson Chan.

Powell was one of three people shot during the annual pre-Pride celebration. The other two victims, a 19-year-old woman and 29-year-old man, are expected to fully recover.

Ed Perkins, 20, of San Francisco was arrested Saturday night near the scene of the crime in the Castro. Police are not releasing a motive but have said they don't believe the incident was a hate crime.
