Breaking: Tory Lanez Sentenced For Shooting Megan Thee Stallion
Tory Lanez has been officially sentenced for the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion (real name Megan Pete) in July 2020.
After multiple delays caused by Lanez (real name Daystar Peterson) repeatedly seeking new counsel, the hearing finally took place for the last two days and resulted in Lanez receiving a sentence of 10 years in prison. The prosecution had requested a 13-year sentence.
Lanez has been in prison since being found guilty of first-degree assault with a firearm, discharge of a firearm with gross negligence, and having a concealed firearm in a vehicle, last December.
