25 Queer TV Women Whose Deaths Weren't April Fools' Jokes

Good news, fans of any TV show with a lesbian or bi character who has either died or seems like they might get killed: TV has played the biggest prank on us all! Over the years — and especially in recent months — we've been protesting the deaths of our favorite lesbian and bi characters who seem to be falling prey to the "Bury Your Gays" trope left and right.

However, it turns out this was just an elaborate prank set up years ago that was meant to be revealed as a big April Fools' joke in 2016, and all of our favorite wrongfully killed characters will in fact be returning to TV! Now for a few disclaimers. First: We know this is just a tiny fraction of the queer women who've died on TV, and if you want to shout out your favorite character in the comments please do so. Second: There are obviously some spoilers about character deaths in here from 25 shows. Enter at your own risk. Third: We know this isn't real, we're just still super sad about having to watch all of our favorite TV ladies die.
