This is a place for legends.

Amanda Lepore began her career as a former Club Kid in New York City back in the 1990's. Since then, the star has gone on to excel in multiple areas of the entertainment industry including fashion, modeling, music, and cosmetics.

She's now ushering a brand new era as she signs on with Voss Management, who famously are known for representing plenty of iconic queens from RuPaul's Drag Race and other celebrities like Kevin Aviance, Dexter Mayfield, and The Dragon Sisters.

The model caught up with PRIDE to chat all about her exciting future and what fans can expect from her next.

PRIDE: Amanda, you have such an incredible career and you have no signs of slowing down. Why did you want to sign on with Voss Management?

I have been friends with Brandon Voss forever, and he is amazing. We have discussed working closer together several times and I have hosted and performed at many of Voss’ events. Now they are growing further into artist management, music production, and more, so I figured it’s the perfect time.

We know you have plenty of projects in the works, including new music. What can you tell us about your upcoming single?

I am so excited about my new single releasing on Voss Music this fall. The single is called “Come Closer” and it’s written and produced by Cherie Lily and Bobby Archbold. The genre is Erotic House and I can’t wait to perform it live! It’s such a catchy, sexy song and something I can imagine hearing being played in many different scenarios like at a dinner party, an after-hours club, on the runway of a fashion show, a commercial, etc. It’s a great soundtrack for all the dolls everywhere. I hope you love “Come Closer” as much as I do. Please stay tuned to my socials and @vossevents @vossmgmt for the announcement of the exact release date this fall.

You're also taking the stage with Kevin Aviance and girls from RuPaul's Drag Race at Werq the World in Radio City later this month. How excited are you to host events and perform with your Voss family?

Very excited. I have performed at other Voss events in the past and always have such a great time. They have always treated me like family, which is why I did not hesitate to sign on with Voss. I love performing with Kevin Aviance, who’s also part of Voss Management family. We are in the early stages, but my team at Voss Music is working on another single called “Icons Only” for me and Kevin Aviance as well. Stay tuned to my socials for more info.

You've inspired so many people in the LGBTQ+ community to accept who they are. With everything happening politically, how important is trans visibility right now?

I am not political and try not to get too involved with politics, but it has gotten really bad. It’s very important for acceptance, especially within the LGBTQ+ community itself. We have to support each other, and fight together.

You've thrived in so many areas of entertainment, but what about this industry gets you excited every day?

I love hosting and performing at the hottest parties in NYC, the US, and around the world. I am a naturally born showgirl!

For LGBTQ+ people hoping to be mainstream entertainers in the future, what advice would you like to share with them?

Go for it! Do not let anyone hold you back. Always be your authentic self and follow your dreams.

We know you have more exciting things coming down the pipeline, so what are you currently manifesting?

I am looking forward to working on new music, collaborations, and expanding my presence in fashion, entertainment, and beyond. I am excited about this next era in my career and everything coming up. Like you said earlier, I am not slowing down anytime soon!
