Queer women unite! Forget The Hunger Games. We’re talking The L Games.
This Saturday, lesbian, bisexual, and bi-curious women are going to be running around New York City for the first annual L Games, a competition designed to help women approach other women and create meaningful connections with one another. Think The Amazing Race meets The L Word.
The competition is hosted by LEZ Factor, a company dedicated to improving social skills and relationship opportunities for women who are attracted to women.
Participants have signed up in teams of three to five and are playing for a grand prize of $500, so for those of you in New York City, who see groups of women sprinting around the city on Saturday, stay out of their way. The event begins under the arch in Washington Square Park at 12:00 pm on July 28, and officially ends at 5:00 pm.
An official after-party is also planned at Eagle Bar’s roof-deck.

No word on what specific activities are planned, but what competitions would you like to see featured in The L Games?
