With new ad campaigns featuring unretouched models as an upward trend, and the backlash over Lena Dunham’s highly retouched Vogue cover shoot, Hungarian pop star Boggie has opted to demystify the entire process of retouching in real time in her video for “Nouveau Parfum,” according to FirstToKnow.com.
Boggie, whose real name is Csemer Boglárka, sings in French on the tune about casting off high fashion labels from including Chanel, Gucci, and Cartier, according to Stylecaster.
Watch Boggie transform from a regular woman to a Photoshopped Barbie doll during the course of the video.
