Meghan McCain, a co-host on "The View" today, jumped right in and took a shot at former Vice President Dick Cheney, as well as Karl Rove. McCain has previously written that she finds Karl Rove following her Twitter "creepy," and now complains Cheney and Rove will not give up trying to be viewed as the face of the Republican Party. This past week, she called out the GOP leadership as "scared shitless" of the developing political landscape.
McMain did not speak well of Cheney's continual judgement of Obama. She called the DNC ad (released early this week) of Cheney, Rove, and Gingrich the "new face of the GOP," noting it is "very unprecedented for someone like Karl Rove or Dick Cheney to be criticizing the President." McCain even offered up some advice and told them to "go away."
