Although the idea of queer people supporting Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump might sound odd to some, especially when one considers the vehement anti-LGBT track record of his Vice-Presidential running mate and Indiana Governor Mike Pence, there are still a number of LGBTs who are willing to vote for the reality TV star turned politician.
Case and point: this unnamed gay couple who attended a recent Trump rally in Cincinnati, Ohio.
"I got a lot of gay friends who support Trump," the man on the left wearing a black shirt told Wall Street Journal producer Jason Bellini when asked if there were many gay people who support the GOP candidate.
"I’m tired of the bullshit government," the man continued, saying why he wants to vote for Donald come next month's presidential election. "I work in the steel industry and I see it hardcore with the trades and stuff. It’s time for a change. Trump is the man for it."
