There's was one notable thing missing from last Friday's season 9 premiere...

The highly-anticipated ninth season of RuPaul's Drag Race premiered this past Friday, and while the main focus of the night was (obviously) the newest batch of queens from all over the country, there was one big thing missing from all the festivities: RuPaul in drag. 

While it didn't seem like a big deal for others, especially since Lady Gaga stole the show as a guest judge, there were definitely some fans who took notice of the fact that Mama Ru didn't don a big wig or a fabulous gown. And they definitely weren't too happy about it.

Hopefully we won't have to wait too long until we see Mama Ru serve up the fierce looks she's known for...
