'Go Birds, fuck ICE, and free Palestine!" the Hacks actress declared at the conclusion of her awards speech on TV's biggest night.
The bisexual performer won the 2025 Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for the role of Ava Daniels on Hacks. This is her fourth nomination — and first win.

The commissioner of the National Hockey League (NHL), Gary Bettman, recently shared his admiration for the show on everyone's mind,  Heated Rivalry. The show follows a hockey romance between two bitter foes, Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams) and Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie). Speaking with The Hockey News, the head honcho at the NHL told the publication that he loved the show and binged it in one night.
"It's a wonderful story," Bettman said during the interview. "The content — particularly for young people — may be a little spicy, so you have to balance that out." But he goes on to praise the show, saying he thought the storyline was compelling and added, "I could see where they were picking at things we (as a league) had done in the past, whether or not it was being in Sochi or the All-Star Game in Tampa. It was very well done."

Renee Nicole Good wasn't following ICE agents "all day" before she was killed — she had just dropped her son off at school in the morning when she randomly encountered them, her family maintains. 
Attorneys for Good's family assert that the 37-year-old poet and mother-of-three fatally shot by an ICE officer  last week in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was acting within her rights as a legal observer. They said in a statement to USA TODAY that Good and her wife, Becca, came across the ICE operations on their way home, and decided to stop and "observe with the intention of supporting and helping their neighbors."

Jesse Kortuem, a real-life hockey player who walked away from the sport out of fear that he couldn't reconcile his athletic career and sexuality, has now shared a post coming out as gay — and credited Heated Rivalry for inspiring him.
"I know many closeted and gay men in the hockey world are being hit hard by Heated Rivalry's success," Kortuem tells Out. "Never in my life did I think something so positive and loving could come from such a masculine sport. I've struggled the last few weeks to put these emotions into words, fearing the impact on team dynamics, etc."

Elon Musk has threatened to sue the mother of his one-year-old son for custody after she voiced support for the transgender community. No, that's not an exaggeration. 
Musk, 54, took to social media on Monday to publicly attack Ashley St. Clair, 27, after she issued an apology for past transphobic comments. The billionaire and Tesla CEO wrote in a post on X, which he owns, that he intends to seek full custody.
