Paramount +'s reboot of the iconic Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly premiered last week, and fans are praising it for its LGBTQ+ representation.

Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, Nathan Kress return from the original series to reprise their iconic characters. The first three episodes premiered last week and we quickly meet Harper (Laci Mosley), Carly's hilarious new roommate who is very casually revealed to be openly queer. Harper goes on a date with a woman and at another point, Carly mentions that Harper's had relationships with "cute guys, hot girls, and ridiculous gorgeous non-binary lawyers." She has not self-identified, but fans believe Harper to be pansexual.

Saved by the Bell star Josie Totah also guest-stars in episode 3. The trans actress plays an influencer who makes references to queer culture and RuPaul's Drag Race.
