WATCH: 'Pretty Little Liars' Halloween Special Promo - Is Emily a Suffragette?

The Pretty Little Liars summer finale is just moments away from airing and the promo for series' epic Halloween episode has already begun to air. This year the Liars are headed to Ravenswood for Halloween, a land that runs on its own time (at least that's what Sasha Pieterse told us in our interview). There's clearly a World War I theme running through the costumes for the episode, and, although we can't see if she's wearing Bluestockings, it looks as though Emily (Shay Mitchell) is dressed as a Suffragette! Perfect. Please tell us that PLL decided to tap into a turn-of-the-century pop culture phenomenon and that Spencer is Lady Mary from Downton Abbey!
