Week after week, Kate McKinnon continues to prove herself one Saturday Night Live's strongest and most reliable MVPs. Her spot-on Justin Beiber and Ellen Degeneres impersonations have transcended their original sketches and made headlines, as well as made us see doubles Ellen's very own couch. Her fearless and full-on dedication to literally anything (weirdly addicting SNL music videos "(Do It In My) Twin Bed" and "Dongs All Over the World" come especially to mind...) has stolen scenes and our hearts for years now, and she's off to conquer the big screen at the Tribeca Film Festival in Intramual, which premiered on Saturday. This goofy, self-aware comedy about fifth-year seniors reviving an intramural football team and facing a years-long rivalry isn't usually the fodder we'd be running to the nearest theater to see, but with Kate McKinnon starring in her first major film role, it's definitely on our radar. Kate plays Vicky, fiancee of leading man Caleb (Jake Lacy), and it looks like she'll be serving up our favorite brand of gloriously unhinged insanity. Yes please to a world where Kate McKinnon is everywhere! Check out the trailer and a Kate-centric scene right here:
