Who knew an insurance company could make us cry tears of joy?

Popular life insurance company MassMutual is trying to tug at people’s heartstrings with its latest advertisement, featuring same-sex couples sharing their special love stories, and from the reactions many people are giving, it seems the ad is definitely succeeding.

“This is something I never thought would happen in my life,” one woman in the video says of being able to finally marry her wife.

“I have, with Ed, two sons and three grandkids. I thank him for that part of my life, which I never thought I would have,” a teary-eyed man says about his life with his husband.

The inclusive commercial is the latest effort by MassMutual — a company that scored a 100 percent on Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index in 2014 — to help LGBT families attain a secure financial future.
