We can't even imagine how cool it must have been to find one of these!
On May 22nd, 2015 Ireland became the first country in the world to legalize same-sex marriage by popular vote. Clearly this was - and still is - a huge deal, and Dublin artist Emma Blake found the perfect way of saying thank you. Throughout the last year, Emma has been working on an amazing free art project, creating bright, cheerful pieces featuring inspirational quotes and leaving them around the city for free. This time, Emma focused on art celebrating equality and created 22 original pieces that she then scattered about the city in bags happily requesting the newfound owners take them home.Â
If Emma's dedicated process doesn't get you at least a little emotional, the reactions of her lucky art-finders will certainy leave your heart utterly warmed. We're so glad to see people appreciating her awesome work appropriately, and hope maybe we run into one of these spray-painted paper bags ourselves one day!

And for those who didn't get a personal piece, Emma also created public Walls of Equality for all to enjoy!
